Boris is a skilful and experienced lighting designer with a strong interest in dramaturgy, directing and performance. Before moving to London, he has worked at the Schaubuehne am Leniner Platz in Berlin for many years.
He studied German literature, philosophy, theatre and performance before he completed an MA in Lighting Design at Central School of Speech and Drama.
His recent works include Madame performed at Shunt Lounge, Jesus Guy by Apocryphal performed at Camden Peoples Theatre, We: Implicated, Complicated, a dance duet and a new circus piece performed at the Danshögskolan in Stockholm, Igloo by Knavish Speech performed in Birmingham, Postalgia performed at Shunt Lounge, 24/7/52 by Bill Aitchinson performed at the BAC, Mousonturm in Frankfurt and at Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
